A Day in the Life

The reason I came to the UK in the first place:

Our SAP instance (read, 'our really big uber-computer system' for non-techs in the audience) is a single, global system with different languages applied to the screens, depending on where you log in from.

Here's a set of calls that came in today, reporting a problem:

UK: 'Hey! All our screens turned into German!'
Italy: 'Hey! All our screens turned into German, too!'
Germany: 'I don't know what you're complaining about. Everything looks fine from here.'
