Happy Independence day, guv'ner

My (also American) neighbor really knows how to make the English comfortable.

They just call it "Happy To-Be-Rid-Of-You-Lot Day"

Ha! I love it. In our town 4th parade today, the first flag was the English flag (not the Union Jack, the other one). I was like, huh? But then I saw other flags follwing - it was a World Cup theme, with flags from each of the teams in the tournament. They had me going for a second there, though.
